Mary Ward
I am a Florida native, born and raised in Sanford, Florida, where my two sons were also born and raised. I moved to New Smyrna Beach in 2006, which is where I spent my weekends on the beach as a child growing up. My goal has alwlays been to serve the less fortunate through community service organizations such as Meals on Wheels. Since I moved to NSB, I have become Service Committee Chair for our Catholic Women's Association, where we host fundraisers for non-profit organizations such as God's Bathhouse & Cudas Unhooked, and other at risk and in need students in Volusia County. I am also a member of the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors Community Engagement & Events Committee, which hosts events to raise funds to donate to our local schools. I have also been a Mentor/Tutor in Volusia County Schools. I raise money to feed the homeless and help feed at local hot meal programs in New Smyrna Beach. My mission is all about helping the community. I became a REALTOR to continue to serve the community by paying forward part of my commissions and by being of service to home buyers and sellers with one of the biggest decisions they will ever make.
I was raised in Sanford, Florida, where I was born. I married at an early age and had two sons, who were also born and raised in Sanford, Florida. Both of my sons are also raising their children in Sanford.
I am experienced in the sale of vacant land, residential properties, and commercial properties in Seminole and Volusia Counties.
